How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please bring the item(s) back to our store with the original receipt or an equivalent proof of purchase, such as a gift receipt or order confirmation.

For faster return processing, please bring the credit card used to make your purchase, and a valid photo ID.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to limit or decline returns. Items lacking proof of purchase may be denied a refund or exchange. In some cases, shipping, state sales taxes and other fees may not be reimbursed.

Items must be returned in like-new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Some items that are opened, unsealed or damaged may not be accepted for refund or exchange. Additionally, customized gift items may not be accepted for refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your purchase qualifies to be returned, we will reimburse you for returned items using your original method of payment. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for a different item.
